The reason for the Trump Administration for imposing the directive to revoke student international visa if no inperson class is conducted as I look at it is twofold This was a very smart move by Trump at impeccable timing to kill two birds with one stone One this measure would put pressure on the colleges to resume class and force them to bring in students to attend classes    See Answer
