Allocating resources in education is important. Based on therecent PISA test score results, students in China on average scorehigher than students in the U.S. Carefully design an experiment toprovide policy recommendations on how to improve students’performance in the U.S. Clearly state what questions you are tryingto answer, and how your control and treatment group will help youanswer those questions.
