Assume that the ecte250 kits are free, all extra expenses including the cost of the DC permanent magnet motors and identifier tags are part of the 350 dollar expenditure budget (need this for part 3 below).

2) [3 marks] Create a Gantt chart for this project. It must include all deliverables in a typical ecte250 project. Assume that the team has only four members.

3) [3 marks] Include an estimated budget for this proposed project and an estimate of labour costs involved in designing and building the project (use the ecte250 student costs per hour). Parts budget must not exceed the $350 limit or penalty marks will apply (see part 1 above).

4) [6 marks] Explain (in detail) why you have chosen the design for part 1 elements (above) and justify technically ALL decisions / assumptions taken in choosing the design elements for this project. Must include an explanation of how this design meets the requirements of the two occupants with early stage dementia.
