(a) What is the valueof L?

(b) What is the valueof C?

Me and a friend have been trying tofigure this out for a while. I know I have the XL = 2*pi*f*Lformula.

Any help would be appreciated(particularly if its in detailed/clear steps) so I can figure outhow to do this problem that could very well be on thetest.
