A building has a calculated cooling load of 10 tons, of which2.5 tons is latent load. The space is to be maintained at 72 F dband 50 percent relative humidity. Ten percent by volume of the airsupplied to the space is outdoor air at 100 F db and 50 percentrelative humidity. The air supplied to the space cannot be lessthat 55 F db. Assume barometric pressure at sea level, and usingthe Psychrometric analysis software, find:

(a) The quantity of air supplied to the spacein cfm,

(b) The amounts of return air and outdoor airin cfm,

(c) The conditions and volume flow rate of theair entering the cooling coil, point 1.

(d) The capacity and SHF for the coolingcoil.

Attach your design report showing the psychrometric analysis ofthe problem and conditions of state points.
