If the home you purchase today increases its value each year at the rate of inflation, what should the home you purchase today for $550,000 be worth in 30 years? (Hint: You can use the "Excel FV function" spreadsheet. If your answer is less than $1 million you've made a mistake.) #4 (10 points): How much will you still owe on your mortgage at the end of the 42nd month?
